Communication Data: Messages exchanged with Niyati (our AI agent) via WhatsApp, voice calls, and the web portal. These are stored to provide personalized service.
CRM Data: Lead information, deals, appointments, and activities you create or manage through the platform.
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and session information for improving our service.
Payment Information: Processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store credit card or bank details.

To send WhatsApp messages, emails, and voice calls as part of our CRM automation
To process payments through Razorpay

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/HTTPS). We use session-based authentication with secure, httpOnly cookies. Passwords are hashed using scrypt. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Meta (WhatsApp Business API): For sending and receiving WhatsApp messages
OpenAI: For AI-powered conversations (Niyati)
Razorpay: For payment processing
Google: For Calendar integration and analytics
Vobiz: For voice call services

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

Update your profile information at any time through the CRM settings

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
