Paid-intent funnel refund policy

Astra does not offer a broad no-questions-asked business outcome guarantee. Refunds depend on the product stage and whether access, intake, or implementation work has started.

Rs 499 Webinar

The webinar fee is a seriousness filter and reserves a paid seat.
Google Meet details are shared only after verified payment.
Refundable until 24 hours before the session.
No refund after the session starts.
Replay may be provided at Astra Space AI's discretion.

Rs 4,999 AI Org Readiness Audit

Audit intake unlocks only after verified payment.
The audit is non-refundable after the intake form is submitted, because analysis and report generation work begins from that point.
If payment is verified but intake access is not provided because of an Astra technical issue, contact support for resolution or refund review.

Rs 14,999/month Starter Pilot

First-month implementation payment for one core workflow, one primary agent, one supporting agent, basic CRM pipeline, founder approval rules, weekly reporting, and limited WhatsApp/email automation where applicable.
The starter pilot is not an unlimited AI org, unlimited automation, unlimited support plan, voice automation plan, or custom integration plan.
Voice automation and custom integrations require separate approval and pricing.
Refund only if onboarding has not started and the refund request is made within 24 hours of payment.
No recurring mandate is created by this first-month order.

What Is Not Guaranteed

No revenue, profit, hiring reduction, cost saving, lead volume, or business outcome is guaranteed.
Razorpay fees, WhatsApp/Meta fees, and other third-party costs may not be refundable.
Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refund.

How to Request Review

Email abhishekbarua25@gmail.com with your order ID, product purchased, and reason. Do not send card, UPI, or bank credentials.
