By using CRM Astra OS ("the Platform") operated by Astra Space, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

CRM Astra OS is an AI-powered customer relationship management platform that includes Niyati, an autonomous AI sales agent that communicates with your leads via WhatsApp, voice calls, and email.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate business information during signup
You must not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass anyone
You are responsible for ensuring your WhatsApp Business API usage complies with Meta's policies

3. Subscription & Payment

Growth Plan: Rs 7,999/month — 1 owner account
Business Plan: Rs 14,999/month — 1 owner + 5 staff accounts
Enterprise: Custom pricing

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

If CRM Astra OS does not deliver value within your first 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of your first payment to claim this guarantee. No questions asked.

5. AI Agent (Niyati) Usage

Niyati communicates with your leads autonomously based on your configuration
Niyati's responses are AI-generated and may occasionally contain inaccuracies
You are ultimately responsible for communications sent to your customers through the platform
Niyati respects opt-out requests (STOP) in compliance with messaging regulations

6. Data Ownership

You own your CRM data (leads, deals, conversations, appointments). We do not claim ownership of your business data. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

7. Prohibited Uses

Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
Using the platform for illegal activities
Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
Sharing your account with unauthorized users

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Astra Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
