Terms of Service

By using CRM Astra OS or buying an Astra Space paid-intent product, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

CRM Astra OS is an AI-powered customer relationship management platform. The paid-intent funnel includes a Rs 499 webinar, a Rs 4,999 AI Org Readiness Audit, and tightly scoped paid pilots. Voice automation is disabled in v1 unless explicitly enabled later in writing.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate business and contact information during checkout, intake, and onboarding.
You must not use Astra systems to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassment.
You are responsible for ensuring your messaging and customer communication usage complies with applicable platform policies and laws.

3. Products, Subscription & Payment

Paid Webinar: Rs 499 for one seat. Google Meet details are shared only after verified payment.
AI Org Readiness Audit: Rs 4,999. Audit intake unlocks only after verified payment.
Starter AI Org Pilot: Rs 14,999/month for one tightly scoped starter implementation.
Upgrade Paths: Rs 29,999/month, Rs 74,999/month, and Rs 1L+/month custom plans may be offered after fit is assessed.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. The Rs 14,999 starter pilot checkout is a first-month implementation order and does not create a recurring mandate unless separately approved in writing.

4. Refund & Scope Terms

The Rs 499 webinar seat is refundable until 24 hours before the session. No refund is available after the session starts. Replay may be provided at Astra Space AI's discretion.
The Rs 4,999 audit is non-refundable after the audit intake is submitted because analysis and report work begins from that point.
The Rs 14,999 starter pilot covers one core workflow, one primary agent, one supporting agent, basic CRM pipeline, founder approval rules, weekly reporting, and limited WhatsApp/email automation where applicable. It is not an unlimited AI org, unlimited automation, voice automation, custom integration, or unlimited support plan.
No revenue, profit, hiring reduction, cost saving, lead volume, or business outcome is guaranteed.

5. AI Agent & Niyati Usage

Niyati communicates only through enabled and consented channels.
For the paid funnel v1, WhatsApp and email may be used with consent; voice automation remains disabled.
AI-generated responses and reports can contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before business-critical action.
You are ultimately responsible for customer communications and implementation decisions made in your business.
Niyati respects opt-out requests such as STOP where applicable.

6. Data Ownership

You own your CRM data, leads, deals, conversations, appointments, and submitted audit information. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, or payment records.

7. Prohibited Uses

Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
Using the platform for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, overload, or exploit the platform.
Sharing your account with unauthorized users.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Astra Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
